Before aesthetics, Sarah spent 24 years working in an NHS podiatric surgery setting alongside a consultant podiatric surgeon. An HCPC-registered prescribing podiatrist, that environment is where she built her foundations: precision needle work, sterile technique, and a hands-on understanding of anatomy, vessels and structures beneath the skin. It is the same skill set that now underpins every injection treatment she delivers — from anti-wrinkle and fillers to masseter, hyperhidrosis and keloid scar care.

The established Revive-Restore podiatry clinic at reviverestore.co.uk remains the sister practice, offering podiatry and MSK care from the same Bedford location.

Aesthetics is a newer focus, and Sarah is building that experience honestly and thoughtfully. She trained at the Harley Street Institute and approaches every treatment with the same standard that has always guided her clinical practice: understand the anatomy first, treat conservatively, and never promise more than can be delivered.

An understanding of ultrasound-guided technique is part of how she works — locating key structures precisely so that treatments are placed with confidence rather than guesswork. It's a calmer, safer standard of care that comes naturally from two decades of surgical-setting practice.
